Meet Linda
As Operations Manager, Linda is essential for the day-to-day success of our team and our clients. She brings a high level of organization, accountability, and care to every task she handles. Linda is deeply committed to creating systems that work efficiently and adapting to the evolving needs of the practice. Her goal is to equip the team with the operational support and tools needed to care for our clients.
Linda began her career in healthcare, graduating at the top of her class as both a nursing assistant and medical aide. After seven years in that field, she earned a bachelor’s degree in business and transitioned into business management, serving as a general manager and later a business partner in the auto detailing industry. These roles helped her build strong leadership and operational skills, which she now brings to her work in financial services. Her passion for helping others has remained constant throughout every step of her journey.
Linda lives in San Marcos with her husband, Freddie. Together, they have five children, three grandchildren, and two beloved pets. Family time is at the heart of her life, and they enjoy quick getaways whenever they can. Linda loves learning new things, whether it’s trying out recipes in the kitchen or coming up with fresh ideas for work. She approaches life with a smile and a readiness to lend a helping hand whenever it’s needed.
